Terms of Service (Public Offer)
1. Nature of the document and acceptance
These Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of Articles 367, 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Registration of an account and/or payment for any plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (Article 370 of the Civil Code; Article 19 of Law ZRU-792 "On Electronic Commerce").
The document is unified for all of the Operator's Services; the "Terms of Service" link in any Service takes you to this page.
If you disagree — do not use the Services.
2. The Services
- adolat.ai — an LLM-based software service for working with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- yozma.ai — speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) service, including voice cloning.
- Other Operator's services to which these Terms apply.

3. Account
Registration requires valid data. Age — 18+. Persons 13–18 may use adolat.ai only with the written consent of a legal representative. yozma.ai voice cloning — 18+ only.
The user is responsible for account security. Prohibited: registering with others' data, transferring the account to third parties, creating multiple accounts to circumvent the plan.
4. Plans, payment, refunds
Prices are in soums with VAT (12%) for residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan; foreign currency possible for non-residents. Payment methods: Click, Payme, Uzum, Humo, Uzcard, bank transfer (B2B), international payment systems.
Auto-renewal. By subscribing you consent to automatic charging for the next period. Disable at any time in settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Plan changes — with 30 days' notice; you may cancel before changes take effect.
Refunds: for erroneous activation when the Service was not used; for non-performance due to our fault; in other cases expressly provided by law. For B2C consumers — full refund within 7 days of the first annual-subscription payment if the Service was not used. Pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current period is not provided.
5. Your content: input and output
Input. You retain all rights to your Input and grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to process it to provide the Service, ensure security and comply with law. You warrant that you hold rights to the Input and that it does not contain others' personal data or legally protected secrets without basis.
Output. We claim no rights to the Output. You use it for your purposes subject to law. Under Article 8 of Law ZRU-42 "On Copyright", results obtained by technical means without human creative input are not protected by copyright. Similar Output may be generated for other users on similar queries.
Model training. By default, Input and Output are not used for training. B2C — opt-in in settings. B2B/API — never without a DPA.
6. ⚠️ adolat.ai disclaimer
adolat.ai is an AI-based software service. It DOES NOT replace a licensed advocate.
Outputs may contain errors, outdated information, false citations to acts and case law, incorrect interpretation of norms ("hallucinations").
Use of adolat.ai does not create an "advocate-client" relationship and does not constitute legal assistance under the Law "On Advocacy". Advocate-client privilege does not apply to communications with the Service. You must verify each Output independently or with a licensed advocate before using it in any legally significant action.
Under Law ZRU-1115 of 21.01.2026 (amendments to the Law "On Informatization"), AI-system outputs may not serve as the sole basis for decisions entailing legal consequences for natural or legal persons.
7. ⚠️ yozma.ai rules (STT and TTS)
STT. You confirm that you hold rights to the uploaded audio, including consent of the speakers. It is prohibited to upload audio containing others' personal data, legally protected secrets (banking, medical, advocate-client, notarial, etc.) or obtained unlawfully. Audio and transcripts are on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Audio retention is your choice: immediate / 30 / 90 days.
TTS and voice cloning. A Voice Model may be created only:
- (a) on your own voice — with a video confirmation and a copy of an ID; or
- (b) on another's voice — with a notarized consent of the voice owner and a copy of their ID.
Automatic Speaker Verification is applied. Prohibited: cloning voices of public figures without license, of minors, of deceased persons without heir consent; using models for fraud, impersonation, defamation, blackmail, political manipulation, pornographic or sexually exploitative content.
All synthesized audio from yozma.ai contains a technical AI-origin marker (watermark). Removal is prohibited.
8. Prohibited use
The Services may not be used for: CSAM; incitement of national, racial, religious hatred; terrorism and extremism; weapons development (biological, chemical, nuclear, cyber); attacks on critical infrastructure; fraud, phishing, identity theft; misleading deepfakes; election interference without proper disclosure; consumer medical diagnoses without a physician; making legally significant decisions affecting natural persons solely on the Output (ZRU-1115 prohibition); circumventing technical protections; any violation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Violation — immediate suspension or termination without refund.
9. B2B and API
Corporate and API users are offered separate terms: DPA, SLA, confidentiality, rate limits, API credit term. High-risk use and use for decisions with legal consequences for natural persons — only under a separate agreement with human-oversight measures. API credits are not used for training.
10. Warranties and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, fitness for particular purposes, accuracy or currency of Outputs, or the absence of model errors. These disclaimers do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Aggregate liability of the Operator is limited to the amount you have paid the Operator in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, third-party actions or force majeure. The limitations do not apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Operator, or where limitation is expressly prohibited by law.
You shall indemnify us against damages, fines and costs caused by your breach of these Terms, law or third-party rights.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach, non-payment, government order, or reasonable suspicion of unlawful use. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. Paid amounts are non-refundable on termination, except as in §4.
12. Changes
The current version — lura.uz/terms. We notify of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use = acceptance; disagreement gives the right to terminate.
13. Disputes
Governing law — the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Pre-trial — claim to info@lura.uz, response within 30 days. Jurisdiction: B2C — at the place of residence of the consumer or location of the Operator (at the consumer's choice); B2B — Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court.
14. IP infringement, force majeure, miscellaneous
IP infringement notices — to info@lura.uz (description of the work, link to the infringing material, contact details, statement of good faith). Review within 10 business days.
The Parties are not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, acts of state authorities, third-party connectivity outages, epidemics, industrial-scale cyberattacks).
Invalidity of one provision does not affect the rest. We may assign rights upon reorganization. These Terms + Privacy Policy + Plans + DPA (for B2B) constitute the entire agreement of the Parties.
